Refund policy

Refunds are prohibited. Once you’ve placed an order, that payment is final. However, if you wish to exchange the spell(s) you bought, I will let you exchange it for something(s) of equal or lesser value (if the work has not been completed already). 

If you file a chargeback, you will be permanently banned from my store and I will reverse the services you ordered from me. This is because not only is it rude to chargeback, but it takes additional fees out of my own pocket. This is a one-woman business and it should be treated with respect.
